Terms of Service

Apparel Logic is software for apparel shops: taking and tracking orders, mockups, team stores, pricing, payments and production sheets. We provide the software. We are not a party to any sale between a shop and its customers, we do not make or ship garments, and we do not hold anyone's money.

• You are responsible for everything done under your shop's accounts, including your reps' and managers' accounts.
• Keep PINs and passwords private. Remove or deactivate staff who leave.
• Tell us promptly at support@apparel-logic.com if you think an account has been misused.
• The person who signs a shop up must be at least 18. The shop is responsible for the staff it adds.

• New shops get a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during it.
• After the trial, a paid plan is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• We may change plan prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice, and a change takes effect at your next renewal.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may suspend the account until it is. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

When your customers order, pay, approve mockups or buy through a team store, they are dealing with your shop, not with Apparel Logic. You are responsible for:

• the prices you charge, what you deliver, and its quality and timing;
• refunds, returns, chargebacks and disputes with your customers;
• collecting and paying any sales tax, and the tax settings you choose;
• having the right to collect and use your customers' information, including names and numbers on team rosters.

Card payments from your customers go to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. Apparel Logic is not the seller of record and does not receive those funds.

You own your data: orders, customers, rosters, prices, artwork and mockups. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run and support the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to any artwork, logos and designs you upload, and that making garments from them does not infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the service to sell counterfeit or infringing goods;
• try to access another shop's data or anyone else's account;
• probe, overload or interfere with the service, or get around its limits or security;
• upload malware, or send spam through the service's emails or links;
• resell or copy the service, or reverse-engineer it.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.

To fix problems or answer your questions, the Apparel Logic administrator can view and act inside your shop's account. We do this only to support you, investigate a problem or security issue, or when the law requires it.

• You can cancel at any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Ask us at support@apparel-logic.com for an export of your data before you leave. After an account is closed we may delete its data; deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days.
• We may end the service for an account that breaches these terms, or end the service altogether with at least 30 days' notice.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Check prices, totals, quantities, sizes and spellings before you order from a supplier or put anything into production. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Apparel Logic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, misprinted or remade garments, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You will defend and cover Apparel Logic against claims from third parties — including your customers — arising from your products, your sales, your content (including artwork you upload) or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will tell account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both sides agree to that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
