Privacy Policy

• For shops and their staff, we decide how account information is used, and this policy applies directly.
• For a shop's customers, we process information on the shop's behalf. The shop decides what it collects and how it uses it. For questions about an order, contact the shop first.

• Account details: names, optional email addresses, the shop you belong to, your role, and a PIN or password (stored scrambled, never in plain text).
• Order details: team and contact names, email addresses, shipping addresses, sizes, player names and numbers, notes, artwork, logos and mockups, prices and payment records.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive whether a payment succeeded and its amount — never full card numbers.
• Technical details: the sign-in cookies described in our Cookie Policy, and basic server logs (such as IP address, browser and time) kept for security and to fix problems. We also record error reports when something breaks.

• to run the service: take, track and produce orders, and show the right data to the right people;
• to send the emails the service sends — order updates, mockups, reminders and receipts;
• to bill shops for their plan;
• to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
• to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Only the service providers needed to run Apparel Logic:

• Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in;
• Vercel — hosting;
• Resend — sending email;
• Stripe — plan billing, and card payments to shops that take cards.

Within the service, a shop's data is visible to that shop's own staff according to their role, and to the Apparel Logic administrator for support. It is never shown to other shops. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Apparel Logic is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Team rosters can include players' names and numbers; these are entered by the shop, a coach, a parent or another adult on the team's behalf. A parent who wants a child's information removed can ask the shop or email us.

We keep a shop's data while its account is open, so order history stays available. When a shop asks us to delete its account, we delete its data; copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days. Security logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose.

Data is encrypted in transit, each shop's data is walled off from every other shop's at the database level, and sign-in attempts are limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

• Ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be corrected or deleted.
• Staff can turn off optional emails in the app's Email settings. Messages about your own order or account are part of the service.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have further rights. We honor them and will not treat you differently for using them.

Email support@apparel-logic.com. If you are a shop's customer, we may pass your request to that shop, since it controls your order information.

Apparel Logic is run from the United States and data is stored there. By using it from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell account owners about material changes.
