Cookie Policy

• Sign-in cookies (names beginning sb-) keep you signed in as you move around the app. Without them nobody could stay signed in. They last until you sign out.
• Remembered shop puts your shop back on the sign-in page next time, so you can go straight to your name. It holds only your shop's web address, not who you are.

Customers using an order link, team store or tracking page don't need to sign in, and those pages set no cookies of ours.

When you pay by card, you finish on Stripe's own checkout page, which uses its own cookies to prevent fraud under Stripe's privacy policy. We don't place any other company's cookies.

Cookie consent rules apply to optional cookies, like analytics and advertising. Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for — like staying signed in — don't need consent. Those are the only kind we use. If that ever changes, we will ask first.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block ours, you won't be able to stay signed in.
