- Do my reps need email addresses?
- No. A rep signs in with their name and a four-digit PIN. An email is optional and only decides whether they get notified about their own orders — they can use everything without one.
- Can customers pay by card?
- Not yet. The tracking page shows what's owed and opens Venmo or Cash App with the amount and the order reference already filled in, and you record the payment against the order. Card payment is the next thing on the list.
- What happens to my prices when I change them?
- Nothing, on orders already placed. Every line keeps the price it was quoted at, and buy-in stores keep the price they were launched with. Changing your list price only affects new orders — a store that's been quoting parents for a month can't silently reprice itself.
- Can a customer order without an account?
- That's the point. Your order links, team stores and tracking pages all work with no sign-up at all. Whoever has the link can use it.
- We keep stock on hand. Can we sell that here too?
- Yes — a shop link that sells whatever you have counted in, with a photo and your catalogue price. Every sale takes it off the shelf on its own, and it can't oversell: the count comes down in the database as the order is placed, so two people can't both get the last one. Payment is Venmo or Cash App, same as everything else, until card checkout lands.
- What if a coach sends a roster that's a mess?
- Paste it anyway. Try it at the top of the home page — that demo runs the same parser the app does. Anything it genuinely can't read is listed back to you rather than dropped.
- Is my data separate from other shops?
- Completely, and it's enforced by the database rather than by screens. A row belonging to another shop doesn't come back at all, even to somebody deliberately looking for it.
- What if I stop paying?
- Your data stays. A failed card doesn't lock you out straight away either — that's usually an expired card, not somebody leaving, so everything keeps working while it's retried. Pick a plan again and it all comes back.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. You pay a flat monthly price for the software and keep everything you sell.
- Can I try it without a card?
- Yes — 14 days, no card. Your shop is set up with ten common items already priced so there's something to place a test order against on day one.
